Items Fulfilled by Amazon.com

With most purchases made from us, the orders are fullfilled by Amazon.com.  You can tell if this is the case on the item's page and in your order as it will say "fulfilled by Amazon.com."  For these items, Amazon.com's refund policy dictates.  This policy is accessible from the by clicking on the "refunds and returns" link from Amazon.com's site, usually accessible at the bottom of any page.

Orders Not Fulfilled by Amazon.com

Highly similar to Amazon.com's policies, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Any item that is returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive from 0% to 50% of item's price.

Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 and less than 90 days after delivery will receive a refund of 80% of item's price.
