Great Swim Aid! Aug 05, 2008
By Kellie Pease We originally got these for my daughter, who then passed them on to my son when she learned how to swim. They've been used for at least four years, not a lot each year, but maybe once or twice a week during the summers. They were accidentally left in a pool overnight and were half bleached out, yet are as soft as the day we bought them.
These swimmies are great for two main reasons: They have a flat side to them which makes them fit the arm better and makes them more comfortable, and they are covered in a fabric that also provides comfort and reduces the chances of irritated skin that I often noticed with the plain plastic swimmies.
My son weighs about 50 pounds and they hold him up no problem. I don't remember having to add air to them, but maybe we've added air once or twice since we've gotten them. They are reliable and last for a long time. Next year I think we will be passing them to our youngest. I highly recommend them!

best floaties ever! Sep 10, 2010

Cannot recommend these enough, work awesome and are so much more comfortable than the vinyl floaties. Your child will appreciate using these instead!
Recommend them but ask if your swimming pool allows them! Dec 28, 2011
By Birgit Love this product. However, we were not able to use the swimmies in our local pool, since the life guard told us that they are not allowed. Instead I have to use a life vest (something that goes around the shoulders). Well, we will use the swimmies when we go on our trips to Europe.
Great for Kids Learning to Swim! Jun 03, 2011
By E. Kennedy One of the great things about these swimmies is that in addition to helping kids learning to swim they also help improve confidence. Great for helping kids develop an important life skill! Colors do vary though.

Great priduct wrong color!! Apr 28, 2011

The product is great, a lot better than the vinyl arm floats. It gives my children the freedom to learn to swim without that tight, cumbersome arm floatie. Only bad thing about the swimmies, is that you do not get to pick the color, I recieved 1 blue and 1 pink, and I have 2 boys. I will be returning the pink or just leaving it on my pool deck in case a girl comes over.
