Excellent quality!! Rich in BCAA's and protein, not as many fillers as most other brands, low fat, low cholesterol, low sugar, low carbs, and approximately 85% protein per scoop (compare this to other brands).

Unfortunately, mixes with difficulty in cool water. Don't even think of trying it! Mixes very well in warm water. Additionally, taste must be enhanced in the case of the natural and unflavoured product(a natural occurrence with micellar casein). So, be prepared to add some flavour. I use fruit (bananas, blue berries, blackberries), chocolate powder, vanilla extract, etc.

Foams up too much, but does it's job. So if you're looking for function, it's great. If you're looking for something that goes down easy, try a different brand.

Casein protein doesn't taste as good as whey and even when you put casien in a blender it's likely to have a gritty taste. However, since casein is a slower digesting protein it definitely serves a purpose. I use this product with milk and nestle quick before I go to sleep and the taste isn't bad at all. I have no complaints with this product and like it because it's cheaper than most casein powders.

Bought this off of Muscle Feast's website but I couldn't be happier about the product. I used the powder to mix in with my oatmeal before I go to bed because it will not clump in hot milk. My recipe is as follows:

1 cup of plain oatmeal
1 scoop of muscle feast casein unflavored
1 spoon of brown cane sugar
1 pinch of kosher salt
6-10 shakes out of the bottle: cinnamon to taste

Stir together then add:

1-2 tbsp flax seed oil
1 mashed banana

Heat 1 cup of fat free milk in microwave for 2:30 and pour in the bowl with ingredients and stir again. Optional: After you have it mixed, add 1 cap full of vanilla extract and mix again. Most delicious way of getting an otherwise tasteless powder in your system.

I chose this product cuz it has no artificial flavors and all the other crap, jus good ol protein. And it has fairly good prices for it's number of servings and protein per servings. I know micellar casein dont taste good and are hard to mix to begin with. However i gave a four star due to the excessive foaming. Very hard to mix by stirring, you either have to shake or blend.
