It gives me really bad gas. I know, TMI, but I'm just being honest. I tried giving my body time to adjust and it didn't. Total bummer now that I have a fridge full of it.

Especially cold, this product tastes good and keeps the edge of my hunger off. It also keeps my protein levels up, so I am alert during the day.
EAS Myoplex Lite is a good product that comes in a convenient container.
It works for me.
Great post workout drink Mar 21, 2012

I've been using this after workouts to get some proteins to my muscles. I have been on a serious diet/exercise regiment and this provides plenty of protein and nutrients in a (relatively) low calorie drink. The taste is good as well, especially when consumed cold as they recommend. If you drink these as regularly as I do consider doing the auto delivery and saving even more!

This is a great product and I can never find this particular one of the many EAS has to offer... not at GNC or retail store shelves, but so far I have been lucky to find it here at Amazon. I use it mostly after my workouts and it really does give back what your body needs at that moment! It does pick you up and satisfy. I have also noticed it works very nicely in the evenings instead of snacking! The carb control one is good as well but has less flavor. I think this one so far is the best!

The Chocolate Fudge flavor tastes good and not too chocolately. All of the flavors taste best cold. Flavors will vary to individual tastes. I take these to the office and they are great because I often work through lunch. They are also great on the weekends for an inbetween meal snack. The drink fills me up so I do not nosh on junk food.
At first I was surprised by the packaging, having only experienced the bottles with twist off caps. I quickly got used to peeling the top and drinking without a straw. The package is also light weight.
I am trying the auto delivery to get the discount. It is also easier then lugging the carton home from BJ's. The expiration date on my shipment is 2013.
