Description

World's First Evolutionary Muscle Builder. Muscle Milk helps grows muscle faster than gainers, whey or even creatine. This increased muscle growth is possible because Muscle Milk is the first product patterned after Nature's ultimate anabolic food--human mother's milk. Locked within human mother's milk are long-held secrets to muscle growth potential previously considered impossible. After years of study, we've unlocked these secrets! We then took the next step and actually duplicated these important muscle growth factors into Muscle Milk.

5The Best Tool For Weight Loss  Dec 02, 2011 By King's iRate
I have been using this product as a supplement for over 3 months now and have found it to be an invaluable asset to my getting back into shape. Throughout my adult life I have been 6'3", and 190 lbs, and considered by most to be overly thin. That is until I reached somewhere around 28, where my metabolism started to change. Year after year it got worse and worse. I had lost weight here and again and gained it back, then lost it again and was down to 236. Then I got the news of a baby on the way at age 42. Now it's time to quit smoking, and almost seemingly overnight gained it all back. I resumed my regular work outs and diet that worked so well before, but couldn't seem to make any headway. I went to see my doctor and he recommended Muscle Milk along with some changes in diet and calorie count, 1500 in fact, no way right? I found it really easy to take Muscle Milk for both breakfast and lunch and then eat a sensible meal for dinner. The weight came pouring off, in less than 2 months I went from 256 to 241; the last week I lost 6 lbs. This is too fast. You don't want to lose it too fast so I modified to use the Muscle Milk once a day in the mornings. Since then I am losing 2-3 pounds a week, which is healthy. The shakes give you more energy, and I feel no hunger. At first it may seem a little too much, but your body adapts quickly. This has to do with the high protein content. I have never felt better, and am continuing to loose and soon reach my goal of 210.
I personally would not bother with the powder form. I made an assumption that the calories would be the same for the same 11 oz and was surprised to find it was almost double. Plus the taste was not nearly as good even after using the blender bottle, and even a blender. It costs more for these pre packaged ones, but is worth it to me for the taste and less hassle. I also suggest once you know you are going to be using these to sign up for Amazon's regular automated deliveries. You save on cost and you don't have to worry about reordering. You can adjust the amounts of your order at will till you get the right amount showing up every month.

3Not bad  Apr 07, 2012 By LGUNZ
Ok weight gainer product. Does give some bloating and upset stomach at times. Would not recommend as a meal replacement and I personally can't take it on an empty stomach. Tasted fine.
