This was such a great bargain. It lasted me 2 weeks (though I do 2 shakes per day not 3 like recommended). Way better deal than Ebay or GNC. The taste is outstanding - it actually tastes like a milkshake. I've since bought another tub and am about to buy another. It seems that it really is working to help build muscle. Great product!!!

Works well, tastes okay with water, tastes pretty good with milk. Significantly reduces/eliminates next-day muscle ache. Noticeable difference in muscle growth.

My trainer recommended this, since I'm a vegetarian and she said that I needed more protein to build more muscle faster. I couldn't stand this when mixed with water (too chalky), but when I use skim milk and give it a good buzz it in the blender it's much better (especially after a workout when I'm thirsty anyway). So far I like the taste of the chocolate mint the most. Don't expect it to be like a milkshake, though; you'll be disappointed.

I've used the Muscle Milk with Collegiate for over two months now and I'm very pleased with the results. I've tried several flavors and I prefer chocolate over all of the others hands down! The chocolate tastes just like a chocolate milkshake and its very easy to drink. I use muscle milk twice a day on average (the recommendation is three times a day) because it's very filling. I see excellent results from using this on a daily basis. I plan to continue using Muscle Milk as I've noticed a significant increase in my body's ability to produce muscle. I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about bodybuilding or if someone is looking for a good calorie/protein supplement.

You will get results. The weight will be put on if you use it as directed. The serving size is 4 scoops, I only use 3 in my shaker with skim milk so it shakes up better, and it TASTES AMAZING!! It's a great product and I recommend it to anyone trying to get the edge with putting on weight.
