So far, this is my favorite flavor of muscle milk. Doesn't give me intestinal problems. Helps to pack on the pounds during endurance training.

This product mixes very well with out a blender, or annoying blender bottle. The vanilla flavor is defiantly attractive it isn't overpoweringly artificial or strong. I mixed this product with plain soy milk and it turned out frothy and went down with very little after taste. overall a great product 20 grams of protein along with 280 calories makes 2 great protein shakes a day for 15 days with essential vitamins and minerals for college athletes.

This version of Muscle Milk tastes great but seems to be full of fluff. You have to use 4 big scoops to get only 40 grams of protein which means a lot more calories if your trying to lean up. The protein doesn't seem to be easily absorbed by muscles for gains. I would not buy this one again.
