Low Maintenance, Good Quality May 29, 2010 By J. Stone "Big Tool Inc."
I have had many of these suction side Pool Vacuums in the past 15 years. Out of all of them this one is easy to maintain and seems to be made of robust materials. It does not get stuck on ladders and most of all it doesn't get leaves caught in the inlet causing it to stall. I have not had to pull it up to clear the inlet for any reason yet. The in line regulator allows me to hook it up directly to a secondary suction line I installed for easy hookup and storage. I can turn on the valve to full flow and the unit runs consistantly. It comes with everything you will need to hook up to the pool side strainer. There is a diverter that comes with it to prevent the return water from pushing the hose around, but I have not had to use it. It seems to get everywhere without having to divert the return water at all. But you have it if you choose to use it.

This is the first pool cleaner we bought, in all the years we have had a pool. We never heard anything good about them so we hated to waste the money. Boy were we wrong! Kreepy is fantastic and keeps the pool super clean. Until we got use to how Kreepy works we spent a little more hands on time than we do now. Which we figure is our fault since we didn't know exactly how to use one and set it up. Now we just turn Kreepy on and let him do his job. I would recommend this product to any one that has a pool. Kreepy is worth every penny we spent on him. And has saved us alot of time and ALOT of money on chemicals.

Perfect transaction. Thank you. This is like my third or fourth EZ VAC, over the 15 years I've had above ground pools. I've tried a couple of other brands, but have gone back to this one every time. The only thing I don't like is it getting caught on the steps. I still believe that some day I will be able to use the "diverter" to fix that issue, but haven't been able to do so yet. I have in pool steps, so I can't just take them out conveniently. And we have dogs who love to swim, so there has to be steps for them to get out. Otherwise, it works great, and I couldn't beat this price anywhere.

This is my second above ground pool vac and it is by far the best! Enough suction to even climb up the sides of the pool which the last one could only dream of. As with all of these type of cleaners however, you will need to occasionally "convince it" to change direction to sweep areas that it didn't hit. I do this because I don't want the vac on for hours on end. Just guide it a few extra passes manually and voila, the pool is clean and you can unhook it and let the skimmer run again.

Works well and gets the job done. I have a 24 ft round above ground pool. The hose comes in 3 ft sections that snap together which is not what I would have preferred. The vacuum regulator did not match the manual which was frustrating until I found the insert. The manual also did not say to remove the ladder when vacuuming. I left it in and it ran while I was at work one day. I came home to find the vacuum had gone behind the ladder and separated. The hose was floating on the surface sucking air. So now I take out the ladder. Once I figured out these issues it works well and gets the job done for a reasonable price.
