Impala Police Car Mar 16, 2007
By WANDA ARCHER Wasn't quite what I wanted but I liked it anyway. It is really hard to find cop cars! It was pretty easy and quick to put together. The shipping was pretty quick too. I am 10 but my Mom got it for me.

Snap easy. Dec 14, 2008

This kit was very easy to put together. You just need to remember that this is a skill level 1 snap together kit. It has good detail but not quite the detail of a harder kit. You will need a small screwdriver and if you want to make a model exactly like the picture on the box (I didn't I mixed it up a little to be different) you will need some paint. If you don't want to paint anything it is still pretty neat stock.
pretty good for my 7 yr old Dec 24, 2011

I got this as a gift for my 7yr old son (literally for his 7th birthday) he loved it and we put it together. all the pieces just snap together pretty well. you just have to watch two pieces, the laptop and the camera (they aren't supposed to go in all the way). beyond that, there is no painting required, no glue. the only thing you might need is a small screwdriver for two screws. it comes with two sets of stickers to design your police car with. the car's wheels are free to move so they can also play with it. (steering wheel does not move)
TL;DR
It was a good buy and is also a toy.
Easy too Put Together Sep 26, 2011
By Andrew Hays I actually bought this one from a local crafts store, thinking it was a skill level 2 (I never read the box). Was a little disappointed when I found out it was a snap together, but overall it turned out great. Hoping to have this on my desk some day as a police officer!
Easily assembled, only problem I had was one of the wheels wouldn't stay on so I used model glue on it (doesn't come off anymore). Over all if you like police cars and want a quick model project without the mess this is a great product! Also stickers were very easy to put on if I remember right.
To much for average 8yr old Mar 15, 2011
By Mark This "snap" together model leaves a lot to be desired. Won't stay together, parts don't fit right, and the instructions are to tough for an 8yr old to figure out!! I would not recommend this for any 8yr old. Sorry.
